Entity Portal

Welcome to the Harris County Clerk’s Entity Portal. Entities may create an account which will be verified by the Harris County Clerk’s Elections Department in order to do one of the following:

• Receive a list and images of all ballot-by-mail applications for the designated entity
• Enter ballot information for the entity which has contracted and/or is planning to contract with Harris County for the next election.

All information supplied or collected is shared only with the entity which has requested or provided the information. Any ballot-by-mail application information received should only be shared with the public when and as allowed by the Texas Election Code.
